ABOUT ME
My name is Jenna Richards, I started Equanimity Yoga in 2016 to share the practice that changed my life! Yoga is so much more than an exercise class, it’s a philosophy and a way of being. My personal journey taught me that Yoga is not about touching your toes, regular practice brings about positive change in all areas of your life. I currently teach Yoga Nidra monthly at St Thomas Church Hall and Hatha Yoga weekly via zoom.
