Equanimity Yoga offers a holistic approach to Hatha Yoga to help facilitate wellbeing, health, happiness and promote evenness, or equanimity, of mind.

My name is Jenna Richards, I teach in Exeter and Torquay, Devon, England. I offer classes and workshops in various styles of yoga including: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Corporate Yoga, Yoni Shakti (women's yoga), Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I have also trained in Yoga for Autism and ADHD with the Special Yoga Foundation.
