What is Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is much like a guided meditation. Lay down, make yourself comfortable, cover your eyes if you want to and allow the words to wash over you. It is a completely effortless practice.

Yoga Nidra can be practiced at any time of the day but is best done when you are not likely to easily fall asleep. If you feel tired take a nap first then do your nidra practice. Yoga Nidra classes

I offer monthly Yoga Nidra classes, on the first Friday of each month from 19:00-20:30. Listening to recordings is great if you can’t get along to a class, but the experience and energy of a group environment can make the experience much more profound.
