Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where the body is deeply relaxed. The practitioner is guided to drawn their senses inwards to access an potent meditative state of deep relaxation in which they are invited to re-encounter the essential truth of who they really are.

Yoga Nidra is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating and involves lying as comfortably as possible for up to 45 minutes, making it accessible to all abilities.

My advice to anyone who hasn’t tried Yoga Nidra before is to give it a go, it’s awesome!
